Why I do this here.
Right now I'm building a home in Kingman myself, so the relocation from California to Arizona isn't a talking point for me. It's what my life looks like. I know what it's like to weigh a move from hundreds of miles away, to figure out wells and septic and county roads for the first time, and to decide between the high desert and the river.
Enough time around construction has taught me what to look for. Whether it's stick or block, spec or custom, I can walk a site with you and flag what's about to become a problem before it costs real money to fix.
For investors, I don't guess. Cap rates, cash-on-cash, build costs, short-term rental rules for Route 66 tourism: I run the numbers because I want to keep working with you on the next deal.
