Buying a Century home?
Bring me first.

Buyer representation for all five Century Communities developments in Mohave County, Arizona — Valle Vista, Montano Ridge, Cimarron Lakes, Desert Lakes, and DL Ranch. Costs you nothing. Protects you from day one.

What the sales office
won't tell you.

Three things to know before you walk into any Century sales office in Mohave County. None of them are pitched to you by the builder, because they aren't in the builder's interest.

i.

The sales rep works for Century.

Their job is to sell Century's inventory at Century's margin. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and often very helpful — but they are not representing you. You deserve someone whose job is only to represent you.

ii.

Loop me in before your first visit.

If you walk the model alone and then try to bring an agent in later, Century can refuse representation. Easiest fix: tell me which community you're interested in and I'll meet you there for the first tour.

iii.

Your price doesn't change.

The builder pays my commission out of their marketing budget. Whether you walk in alone or bring me, Century's base price on your home is the same. The difference is who's looking out for you after signing.

Five Century communities across Mohave County.

From the low $200s in Kingman to the mid $300s on the Colorado River. I know every floor plan, every lot sheet, and every community sales rep by name.

Four ranch-style floor plans (Alamar, Gilbert, Palmero, Verbena) from 1,290 to 1,815 square feet, three to four bedrooms, two-car garages. Set off historic Route 66 with open-concept layouts and modern finishes. Lowest Century entry point in Mohave County.

Pick this if entry price is the deciding factor.

Three single-story ranch plans (Gilbert, Palmero, Verbena), 1,470 to 1,815 square feet, Whirlpool stainless, granite counters, Shaw wood-look flooring, covered patios, and RV / boat parking. Minutes from Laughlin Ranch Golf Club, Lake Havasu, and the Colorado River.

Pick this if Laughlin Ranch golf and river access are your priorities.

Two single-level plans (Catalina at 1,639 sq ft and Messina at 1,788 sq ft), each three bedrooms and two baths. Quieter community for buyers who want the Mohave Valley lifestyle without the sprawl — easy access to both the river and the urban conveniences of Bullhead City.

Pick this if you want a smaller, quieter community.

Desert Lakes

Fort Mohave · 4 plans · One- and two-story

Four plans with both one- and two-story options — the most flexible footprint in the Century lineup. Prime location inside the Huukan Golf Club and minutes from Lake Havasu and Lake Mohave.

DL Ranch

Lake Havasu City · From the low $300s · 4 single-story plans

Four single-story plans (Alamar, Gilbert, Palmero, Verbena), 1,290 to 1,815 square feet, 9-foot ceilings, quartz counters, LG stainless, Kohler fixtures, luxury vinyl plank flooring, covered patios, walk-in primary closets. Positioned north of Lake Havasu City near the Colorado River corridor. Initial release sold out August 2026 — ask me what's coming next.

What Century offers Mohave County buyers right now.

Current incentives change often. Here's what's typically on the table — ask me for exact numbers on the community you're interested in.

Closing costs covered.

Century covers closing costs when you finance through their preferred lender. For most buyers this saves several thousand dollars at the signing table — ask me how it stacks up against bringing your own lender.

Add-ons I can push for.

Not promised, but often on the table in current negotiations: full appliance package, blinds throughout, and other finishing details that the sales office won't offer unless you ask. Knowing what to ask for is part of the job.

Common questions
I answer every week.

The questions buyers actually ask me before they commit. If yours isn't here, text or call — short answer or long, happy to take it.

Can I use a buyer's agent on a Century Communities home?

Yes. Century welcomes buyer representation and pays agent commissions out of their marketing budget. Your home price is identical with or without an agent — only the quality of advocacy changes.

Does using a buyer's agent on a Century home cost me extra?

No. The builder pays my commission. You walk away with the same base price, the same incentives, and someone whose only job is representing your interests through the build.

What's the difference between Century Communities and Century Complete?

Century Complete is Century Communities' affordable-homes brand, built on a streamlined production model with fewer customization options and lower entry prices. All five Mohave County developments — Valle Vista, Montano Ridge, Cimarron Lakes, Desert Lakes, and DL Ranch — are Century Complete communities.

How long does it take to build a Century home in Mohave County?

For a completed inventory home, closing can happen in 30 to 60 days. For a to-be-built home, construction typically runs four to six months after the lot and contract are finalized. I'll pull the current timeline for whichever community you're interested in.

What if I've already visited the Century sales office alone?

Depending on the community and timing, Century may still allow representation. Call me before signing anything — if there's a path to loop me in, I'll find it. If there isn't, I'll tell you honestly.

Do I have to use Century's preferred lender?

No, but closing-cost coverage incentives usually require it. I'll run the math with you on whether their incentives beat bringing your own lender's rate.

What areas of Mohave County do you cover?

All five active Century Complete developments: Valle Vista (Kingman), Montano Ridge (Bullhead City), Cimarron Lakes (Mohave Valley), Desert Lakes (Fort Mohave), and DL Ranch (Lake Havasu City). Also resale homes and other new construction across Kingman, Golden Valley, Bullhead City, Lake Havasu City, Fort Mohave, and Mohave Valley.

Can I negotiate anything on a new Century Complete home?

Base price is firm. Incentives and add-ons are not. Current negotiable items can include a full appliance package, blinds, and other closing-table details. Knowing what's actually on the table — and what the sales office won't bring up on their own — is part of what I do.

Thinking about a Century home?

Tell me which community you're interested in and I'll meet you there for the first tour. First conversations are free and I keep them short.
