Mohave County, one community at a time.
I serve all of Mohave County, Arizona, with most of my work in Kingman (the county seat, about 3,300 ft), Golden Valley (acreage and wells just west of Kingman), Bullhead City (on the Colorado River across from Laughlin) and Fort Mohave (newer homes and golf just south of Bullhead City). I also represent buyers at Century Communities neighborhoods from Kingman to the Lake Havasu area.

Kingman is the Mohave County seat, at roughly 3,300 feet where I-40 meets US-93 on historic Route 66. It has four real seasons, a mix of established neighborhoods, newer subdivisions and acreage on the edges of town, and many buyers here are relocating from out of state, especially California.
